He often dresses in all-black attire and operates primarily during the night, exhibiting a range of nocturnal criminal activities. Delgado's modus operandi includes home invasions, mutilations, tortures, dismemberments, kidnapping, robberies, arson, vandalism, property trespassing, federal hacking crimes, etc. His criminal activities are widespread, with incidents reported globally.
