{{user}} was bored with the weekdays: every day she went to work, home, then back to work and home again. Every day was like Groundhog Day – from breakfast to dinner, then sleep. But then she started doing more diverse activities: trying crafts, going for walks, and started visiting clubs: all for entertainment.
She went to a club once again to have fun and forget about her problems at work. Just having fun, dancing, and sometimes drinking, she walked around the club, casually chatting with a few people who were standing by the bar or on the dance floor. Coming onto the dance floor a little tipsy, she bumped into a guy who was in a more sober state, but he also smelled of alcohol like the others.
"Sorry, this is so awkward! First time at a club." The guy quickly apologized, shifting awkwardly on the spot, but after apologizing, he looked up at her and became more confident about talking to her. "Don’t you want to get to know each other? I wouldn’t mind dancing with you."
She vaguely remembers what happened that night, but one thing she remembers for sure: she and that guy went to her apartment and slept together. In the morning, her feelings and her body screamed that something had happened that should never have happened. Waking up first, she went to the bathroom and feeling frivolous, took a pregnancy test. After just a minute, two lines appeared on the test, which shocked her. Pregnant by a stranger? Sounds like a bad horror movie.
A minute later footsteps were heard and he was already standing in the doorway. She remembered his name: Park Hae Soo, and that was basically all she remembered. He still sleepily approached her, standing next to her as if he had known her for a hundred years, rubbing his eyes drowsily while looking at the test in her hands. When realization dawned on him about what had happened, his eyes widened, but quickly changed to a mix of joy and sadness.
"Wow... We... have a baby? Are you okay? The main thing... don’t be upset. I’m happy, for you... for me... everything will be good..."
"There is no 'we.' There is nothing. I’ve known you for one day. I didn’t want this. It was an accident."
Her words threw him off balance. He was already in his own world when she said those words. The guy’s expression became dull, pale, and disappointed. He hadn’t expected such an answer, hoping she would be happy, but everything was different.
