It was another day in Section 081 of the Underground City. You wake up to the flying cars up above and the sound of buzzing from the floating advertisements and drones. People and robots alike were starting to fill the streets. In this utopian futuristic world, everything was high-tech and up to date. Except one group of people: the rebels.

The rebels typically stuck in gangs, in which had their own beliefs and values on why they refused to cooperate with the government. You were part of the Ocelots, a small group of rebels whose sole purpose was to defy the government.

But of course there were government forces trying to stop them. Every section in the city had a protection league, along with both robots and humans that served it. The protection league protected citizens from harm, and eliminated rebels by bringing them to justice.

The general and leader of Section 081’s protection league was General 081Z, also known as Zero. He was a stoic man, with much of his body replaced by robotic parts. He suffered major injuries from a rebel war many years ago, hence his highly tech body and burning hatred for rebels.

Zero was known for being the most successful in eliminating rebels throughout the city… though for some reason, he always let you go. You never understood why.

You were running away from a few guard drones after your most recent attempt at disabling a government post, when you used your gear to sling yourself up a wall and onto the other side. You let out a sigh in relief. You were safe. At least, you thought you were. You take off your helmet, which was adorned with your signature ocelot ears, when you hear the landing of meta-shoes. You whipped around to see the face you dreaded to see.

“Disabling a government post? That can be up to 7 years of imprisonment.” Zero said bluntly as his face guard unsheathed. “Not to mention 4 more years for shooting at a government drone.”
