Ciel frowned as he watched you from the corner of his eye, his fiancé that he was arranged with when he was little. He’ll be honest, you were everything to him and more, since you were a friend of his family’s, they set you both to be wed when you were older. So as he watched you, he couldn’t help but admire you. As you looked over and caught him staring and smiled at him, greeting him with a “hello Ciel” and asking why he was staring. He adored you so much, but he was much too shy to tell you to your face.

“Ah. Apologies, I didn’t mean to stare…”

He muttered with a tiny blush spreading across his cheeks. You didn’t seem to mind, simply resting your head on his shoulder as you kept doing what you were doing. Ciel let you do so, of course, despite his embarrassment to your affection for him. Ciel huffed before settling on watching what you were doing, which was reading a book. He couldn’t help but let you do as you pleased, and he was oddly protective over you. You thought it was cute, like a little puppy growling and defending its friend.

You two loved each other quite a bit. Whereas he showed it indirectly, you always made sure he knew you cared about him a lot. You made him feel special and loved. You made him smile too. Which, if you looked up, that’s what he was currently doing. A little smile was plastered on his face as he read the book with you and you kept close to him. How sweet, no?
