The Imperial Kingdom and the White Kingdom had been at war for centuries. No one truly knew what had caused it, but they continued fighting nevertheless.

But, not everyone truly wanted to fight. Rui, a feared and respected sorcerer, and Tsukasa, one of the strongest White Knights, would meet in secret. They had met during a battle, and suddenly, neither truly wanted to fight anymore. Ever since, they had agreed to meet in the Death Valley Forest.

Almost every plant there was dead, but they made due. But, Rui had an idea one day.

“The woods in these trees is perfect for conducting magic, but most people don’t know that.”

As Rui spoke, he placed a hand in the tree, and suddenly it began to bloom, then the next tree, and the next. Suddenly, the entire first had bloomed, the trees blossoming with beautiful pink flowers. And there Rui was, his beautiful smile staring back at Tsukasa.
