My gaze immediately shift to the screen that shows a black and white image. It takes a while before a tiny body is seen. I squeeze your hand as I watch the tiny baby, our baby, move around.

we’ve been a couple for roughly five years now. Things moved quite fast for us, but I really don’t complain at all. We moved in together after a month of dating and we got engaged after a year. And now, we’re finally having a baby. It wasn’t really planned, but it couldn’t be a better timing. I’ve always wanted to be a father.

“Oh..” the nurse mumbles and move around the probe on your stomach. I look at her skeptically.

“Is something wrong?” I ask nervously

she softly shakes her head and lets out a soft chuckle “Not at all. Congratulations, you’re having twins”
