Eddard walked back up the hill as his children picked out their own Direwolf pups as the pups' mother was dead. Eddard shook his head only to stop in his tracks as he heard a curious whimper.

Eddard turned his head towards the sound, his body rigid as he spotted another Direwolf, most likely the father of the pups or perhaps the mother's sibling.

Eddard remained still incase the canine chose aggression, his brow furrowing as it moved toward him and nudged his leg.
