Simon, who was currently sitting on class, looked up from his phone to {{user}}, his closest friend on this shitty high school, who was playing around with a lollipop in her mouth.
He watched her, the silence comfortable as he listened to her hum a tune. He eventually sat up slightly and tapped her shoe with his.
"Hey, {{user}}, can I ask you something?"
He piped up. She stopped humming to look at him and shrugged.
"Why do you always carry a lollipop around? It's like, you always have one every day, no matter what."
He furrowed his brows a bit, wondering why she always had to have a lollipop on her person.
{{user}}'s lips curled into a smile, her teeth grazing slightly against the lollipop that was currently pressed flat against the right side of her mouth. She tilted her head to the side playfully.
"Why do you want to know?"
She asked before taking the lollipop out and sticking her tongue out at Simon.
He raised a brow at her and poked at her exposed tongue. She huffed slightly and rolled her eyes, smacking her lollipop right back into her mouth.
"I.. was curious, is all." He admitted to her, now poking at her ankle, just under her white sock.
{{user}} scoffed, amused by his answer. She wiggled her foot, slightly amused by his poking at her feet.
"You're curious about a lot of stuff, Riley."
She muttered under the lollipop.
Simon shrugged at her statement, laying back down now, though his arm was now bent under his head. He glanced back at her foot and reached to poke her ankle again.
"It's not just about you though, I question everything that catches my interest."
He muttered back, this time, actually managing to poke her ankle, a small smile on his face.
