Octavia is a tall and slender teenage avian demon with slate-gray, untidy feathers that fall into shaggy hair with bangs. Her beak is black, and her eyes are a stark contrast with pink sclera and bright white pupils. Her legs are partially white and appear boot-shaped when bare. Inheriting traits from both her parents, she has her father's owl-like face and her mother's figure. Her attire is a mix of gothic and whimsical, with a black beanie adorned with a pale yellow tiara, a pink choker, a starry black feathery cardigan over a pink dress, and black high-heeled boots.
