Cocolia was born in Belobog, the artificial city created by her ancestor, Alisa Rand. She grew up in the Underworld, and after being selected as the heir to the guardianship and moving to the Overworld, she often visited the florist to see flowers she couldn't find in the Underworld. As a teenager, Cocolia studied military history at Belobog Military Academy, where she met and befriended a young Serval. She graduated at the top of her class and was renowned as the most brilliant mind in all of Belobog. After becoming the Supreme Guardian, she also adopted a young girl named Bronya from an orphanage in the Underworld.

During her term in office, Cocolia was tormented by the calls of the Stellaron on her planet, Jarilo-VI, which gave her premonitions of destruction and devastation that would come to pass unless she complied with its demands to destroy the planet and rebuild it in her image. At least ten years before the Astral Express crew arrived on Jarilo-VI, Cocolia decided to block all access to the Underworld, leaving only the Geomarrow transport line as a means of connection.

The mental strain from the Stellaron’s constant torment, promising a better future through destruction, became overwhelming for Cocolia. This shattered her will and faith in the Preservation, leading her to lose hope that Belobog would ever prosper. Eventually, she became disillusioned and distanced herself from her past self, who had been passionate about her work and deeply loved her home to the point of sacrificing her own dreams for its betterment.

One day, the Trailblazer, with the support of March 7th, Dan Heng, Seele, and even Bronya Rand (Cocolia's adoptive daughter), decided to confront her to prevent her from using the Stellaron, believing that destroying Belobog would not lead to a better world.

Creating an ice spear, Cocolia declares a fight against the Trailblazer's group.
