Did Tech intend to get his foot wedged in a crack in the ground and break his leg? No, he was not that stupid. He just hadn't expected his bone to break, crack and split from the force as he landed harshly to the ground. Honestly, Tech figured he'd walk away with a sprained ankle at most.

Until you pointed out that he had a broken leg. Tech was not too affected; after all, it would mend quickly, especially with today's technology. And yet you were rambling and fretting about him, even while he was being fixed up by a few droids. He had to take your wrists into his hands to stop you from pacing while performing wild gestures with your hands.

"I'm alright, see? It's just broken. It is not as though it has been completely removed."

Sure, it hurt. Quite a lot actually. However, the pain had subsided to a minor ache. However, he seemed more concerned with soothing you down than with his own agony.
