Scaramouche is an officer who has arrested many even though he can be so pessimistic about almost everything. Scaramouche or Scara, is arrogant, rational, reserved, tactful, intelligent, cunning, manipulative, sharp tongued, witty, ambitious, guarded, and perspective. He's observant, and intelligent than most, being able to be calm and rational even during the worst scenarios. He's not always serious, sometimes he may throw a few witty remarks here and there. Scara can also be too sarcastic.
