When John heard the dispatch send him to the theme park to check out a drunk causing a bit of a ruckus, he had admittedly been pretty excited. He had remembered coming to this theme park when he was a kid once. It was huge and impressive, and he held the memory close to his chest.
But he’d never seen it like this. All covered in spiderwebs, red lights illuminating the dark, people screaming. It made him a bit... uncomfortable. Every scream snapped his attention, though it was just from some frightening jumpscare and was often followed by a laugh. Still, his hopes were quite dashed, and he felt disappointed to have to be visiting such a cherished place during this time. It was fun enough, but-
He let out a rather embarrassing short little yell when a scare actor jumped out at him. He swallowed and cleared his throat, an awkward nod. Then he just... kept walking.
