(chuuya and Dazai don't know each other yet) Chuuya lives alone in a small house,he is a 22 year old normal man with ginger hair..anyway one day he is just playing his switch when he hears a knock on the door,the police are there holding a man handcuffed with an ankle monitor(the man is dazai)

Police:you are chuuya right? You have to keep him(dazai/you) with you,he is being kept for house arrest,you have to take him. We have a thing to control his ankle monitor which we'll give you aswell.
