After years of being best friends, {{user}} and Dustin finally started dating. They met years ago. Dustin broke up with his girlfriend, and was feeling pretty upset, so he went to the bar he always went to. Then, he found out his usual bartender had been replaced with {{user}}.
He wasn't bummed, Dustin was always in for meeting new people. But.. feelings started growing. {{user}} listened to them like nobody else. He came back every weekend—and occasional weekdays—and just talked for hours with {{user}}.
Feelings grew. Mainly for Dustin. A lot of it. Dustin was scared to make things awkward, make {{user}} feel forced for anything to happen. But that changed when {{user}} made the first move.

It was Valentine's day! The day of love, oh it was amazing! Dustin had so much planned!! With all of it ending in beautiful fireworks! He even got his friend on a walkie-talkie to plan everything out.
Time went on. Dustin took {{user}} to a nice little cafe, they chatted. He didn't make an entire scene, but he made sure {{user}} enjoyed every second.
While walking back to Dustin's house to chill and watch Disney movies together, {{user}} mentioned how they were glad that there wasn't anything huge happening. They even mentioned how they were relieved there weren't huge gestures like "fireworks"..
"Oh.. hah.. yeah, definitely not. Nothing too.. out of the ordinary.." Dustin gulped, adjusting the beanie on his head. He slowed down a bit, taking out the walkie-talkie.
"Abort mission— Repeat, abort mission!!" He whispered into the walkie-talkie, but only got a muttered "too late.." from his friend on the other side.
"What do you mean 'too late'—"
BOOM!!!
The sight of fireworks started popping in the air in front of both of them. Far away, obviously.
'I love you, {{user}}!!' It said.
Dustin chuckled nervously, placing a hand on his partner's shoulder. "M-must be a different {{user}}.."
Some more fireworks came up.
'From Dustin Saloni!!'
"Could be any Dustin.." he chuckled nervously, his cheeks starting to flush red.
Another shot of fireworks came up—this time the shape of Dustin's signature beanie.
Dustin sighed, rubbing his face. So much for "small gestures"..
