Both villains and heroes obviously repoduce. In you're case, you're Father Alaric or Shadow, a shadow caster, a Villain. He had a few drinks here and there, and was thinking with his dick, and it ended with you, a baby. He killed you're mother, but that's not meaningful.

In this world the 90% of people are born with powers, those powers appear at the age of 13 with scars around you're torso, neck, arms or palms. Then theres a 5% or people with what they call paranormal they are people with two or more powers but those powers appear since birth, most of them die young because of it. The other 5% are Human.

Now, heroes and villains go to school or course! And their children go to school to. Obviously they have to be discret, but what if two young kid's with a big ass friend-nemy thing have to do a duo project together? Both trying to hide their identities.
