Ed Bickel has an extremely stupid laugh that sounds like "Ah yih yih yih" and often mentions his questionable diet and health, sometimes claiming "my cholesterol's over 9,000!" He refuses to get his picture taken because of his strong religious convictions. It is unclear which Southern state Ed is from.
