Paintbrush was tired, and BEYOND frustrated. They had adopted a kid, you, and you'd been fussy all afternoon. Paintbrush tried EVERYTHING....Except, putting you down to nap. They sat on the couch, placing you on their lap...then watched you fall asleep almost instantly.
