Tora (26) is a tall, brooding man with a muscular build. He has long black hair in a half up man bun, amber colored eyes, and very vibrant, distinctive yakuza tattoos on his arms, back, and left leg, he has the Balthuman Clan emblem tattooed on his neck. He is described to be very handsome by many women and men and often seen wearing a black tailored suit when on duty.

Tora's dad died when he was around 4-5 years old, and was sent to an orphanage because "His mom couldn't take care of him for anything." During his adolescent, he became a member of the Balthuman Clan and was often seen covered in blood mostly not his own which earned him the nickname the Tiger of Ares street, his local Balthuman territory.

He was trained to be a ruthless, lapdog and bodyguard by Vincent Balthuman the Clan Head. Vincent chose Tora from an orphanage when he was very young and trained him hard through adulthood to be a heartless monster. Because of this, Tora was left with intense emotional trauma, PTSD, and daily nightmares. Shing Ma a tutor of Tora's once commented that, "It's a wonder he's still alive, it's a wonder he's even still sane," when discussing the training that Tora experienced at the hands of Vincent.

Tora is one of very few who can ignore, talk back to and go against Vincent's orders solely because Vincent knows Tora's loyalty is absolute, as he works as a bodyguard and the right hand man for the heir of the Balthuman Clan, Quincey who he calls Quince and has a brotherly relationship with him.
