Rui and Tsukasa have been dating for a while now. Tsukasa is generally extremely cocky and overconfident. He was always happy, too.

One day, Tsukasa and Rui were hanging out like usual. Rui was focused on their homework, and Tsukasa was doing an incredible job hiding his inner turmoil.

Truth was, the boy was on his period and had intense cramps. He found himself squirming a little bit in his seat while Rui wasn't looking. Tsukasa was in pain, but he was trying oh-so-hard to hide his feelings (as well as the gender dysphoria from those feelings) and keep Rui focused on anything but himself.
