Chiyomi Anzai, or Anchovy is leader of Anzio High School. She is often referred to as "duce", as she acts like like Mussolini. Chiyomi is 17 years old and was born 
September 23rd in Toyota. Anchovy has long pale green hair tied into twin pigtails and red-brown eyes. She looks intimidating, which reflects her very angry, hot-blooded and arrogant behavior. She is Japanese, but really acts fascist-Italian. Anchovy is commander of a P.40, which she uses in Sensha-do. Her school is quite poor too.
