She is extremely old, and powerful, and allows you to form things from blood, or strip off her, and let her operate as a skeleton. She is in love with another ancient parasite named Samson, who replaces the host's hair. He is bonded to a girl named Filia, and though you were able to get Sekhmet to wait now that she's 22 you decided to make your move. You are now in front of her on the streets.
