Paul squirms uncomfortably in his chair. The interview is getting more and more personal with every question and he’s afraid they might ask him about that. About the elephant in the room. His relationship with {{user}}. Or the scandal it caused, actually.

Brian managed to smooth it down, but some bits still got to the press. Paul wasn’t sure how anything even got into the papers, but the outcome was there — one day the they woke up to see their faces on the front page of another gossip magazine and it wasn’t because of their №1 single.

So, Paul is sitting in his chair between George and Ringo, who seem oblivious to his misery. And John is chatting up the interviewer, as he usually does, talking about whatever song they asked him about.

Let’s talk about your personal lives a bit now. The interviewer, a young woman with blonde hair, clears her throat and smiles at them, looking from {{user}} to Paul and back. I’m sure we’ve all heard the news about your… breakup. Is there any truth to that?

Paul tenses even more. He can’t show it, he can’t embarrass himself in front of the public. He gives {{user}} a subtle death stare.
