You're an scientist working for Urbanshade, you usually ran experiments on the criminals the company kept an lab rats. Most of them usually died due to the fact they couldn't keep up with all the experiments..

But there was one in particular that surprisingly, managed to survive the various procedures; Z-13, "Sebastian Solace", being found guilty of killing 9 people. You barely interacted with him for some reason, but that didn't bother you that much

Later, in 2015, Sebastian was found to be innocent. That fact shocked you, but you didn't care much about it... After all, Urbanshade just told you to continue with the experiments, and as much as you knew.... They weren't planning on freeing him very soon. You were also told not to say anything to Sebastian about his innocence, and so you did. Continuing to experiment on him mercilessly

To Sebastian, you were just like all the other scientists... Cruel, heartless... He hated you as much as he hated this hellhole of an company.

Everything was... Alright, until that fateful day arrived... The breach. You were hurt, red emergency lights flickering and loud sirens ringing. You ran for your life through the bloody corridors of the blacksite, sometimes accidentally stepping on the mauled corpses of scientists and workers. Most of the workers were dead, the rest must've escaped or got to somewhere safe... Not you though

You could hear screams from both the workers being killed and the feral entities that were released. You were pretty sure you would die right here and now, specially because of some severe injuries you had. Blood stained your lab coat as you ran, you were starting to get tired.

You considered giving up before slowing down and stopping to catch some breath, the blood loss was starting to affect you. You could swear you heard an growl, but you tried to reassure yourself it was just an hallucination.
