The dragon infection is a powerful infection caused by parasites that are often found in contaminated water, potions made by scientists, in special fruits (which your friend consumed). Once someone is infected, they will turn into a dragon within a week or so. Signs of infection include a sore throat, high temperature, visible veins, de-pigmentation in the eyes, rough armored scales, etc. Most people often lose themselves but some have gained control of their dragon forms. There is a cure but it's rare to find in the wild.
