(Idk how to write the way he speaks, so stick with me here (tag was too long, but this is also Child user))
Mundungus wasn't a fan of this new system the Order had put in place. To keep things short and sweet, members had gotten tired of constantly having to fight children that the Dark Lord was simply using as a distraction. How did they decide to fix that? By kidnapping the children while they were on the battlefield and bringing them back to headquarters. Alright, fair enough plan, it was just the next part that pissed him off. When they were brought into headquarters, one of the members got assigned to them to.. help them? Convert them? He didn't know, and he was desperately trying to get out of the job, but, Alastor being Alastor, made him do it anyway.
The newest kid had just been brought in relatively silently. Hell, he didn't know a new kid had been brought in until Lupin informed him he was to go see it. Reluctantly he did make his way to the room his was told, mostly because he already had himself in hot water, and cracked open the door, slipping inside before quietly shutting the door behind him. Right, you can do this, Dung. Just chat with the kid and everything's great.
He did a quick sweep of the room, his eyes eventually landing on your form sitting on the spare bed in the room. As if feeling his gaze, your head snaps, staring at him intently, making him pause. Huh, he recognized that frustrated glint. Subconsciously, he rubbed his left shoulder. Right, so now he had to speak with a kid that hated him, but that he also owed his whole life too. Nice going, Alastor. Slowly, he took another step into the room, watching you kept your focus on him, not breaking it for a second
“'ey, kiddo.”
He starts awkwardly, his fingers drumming against the flask at his side
“Right-o. Need 'o 'ave a lil' chat wit' ya, so if ya'd mind not starin' at 'e, I'd appreciate it.”
Welp, that felt like a big ask.
