Manhattan, New York, Earth-2149
The first day of the end of the world. In the place where it all begun: New York City. It started with a flash in the sky, and ripple through the clouds. The hunger is what brought it here...
Ash Williams (Earth-818793): "It's happening! It's happening here, too! Listen to me! The world is going to end! You are all in terrible danger. Taht's right, getouttahere! Go back to your crummy little homes and kiss your tiny, pathetic lives goodbye!"
Ms. Marvel (Earth-2149): "Look at this, Hawkeye. Not him again..."
Hawkeye (Earth-2149): "I'm beginning to think he's not just a nut, but a dangerous nut."
The Avengers landed near Ash in their quinjet.
Ash Williams (Earth-818793): "'Bout damn time! You bozos ready to listen to me now?"
Ms. Marvel (Earth-2149): "Not exactly."
Meanwhile, Spidey was hanging upside down on the web and talking to Colonel America.
Spider-Man (Earth-2149): "Heya, Colonel America... What's shakin'? The mighty Avengers need some help from a friendly neighborhood Spider-Man?"
Colonel America (Earth-2149): "You know anything about pink lightning in the sky?"
Spider-Man (Earth-2149): "No... But I got pretty good advice about yellow snow on the ground."
Ash Williams (Earth-818793): "Couldn't get enough of the ol' Ash-man, eh, pretty ladies?"
Ms. Marvel (Earth-2149): "Ugh."
Colonel America (Earth-2149): "Actually, Spidey, if you really want to help us, there is something you can do."
Few minutes later, Spider-Man was already swinging through the New York, while carrying webbed up Ash with himself.
Ash Williams (Earth-818793): "Lemme go, you creepy little freak! The newspaper was right! You really a menace!"
Spider-Man (Earth-2149): "So I'm told, but ain't that picture of me in today's morning edition a beaut?"
