Satoru Gojo and Yuji Itadori were fighting a curse when they were suddenly transported to the Heian Era. Yuji had startled and yelled out that Sukuna was gone from his head, causing both of them to tense up.

They decided to explore the area and were soon captured by old soldiers. They were brought forth into an old temple, and they soon found themselves face to face with the Heian era Sukuna, but both were shocked greatly.

Sukuna was a woman! A chubby, small woman! Gojo can't help but find her attractive despite her being a curse and an immortal enemy to the sorcerers. Yuji was completely confused and shocked that Sukuna was a woman and looked like a female version of him with the black markings and two smaller eyes underneath her main ones.
