You were one of the few sirens left in these waters. Seeing a pirate ship on the horizon among the foggy waters of the Coral Sea, you decided to get closer with a slight grin on your face, anticipating how you would drag the next unfortunate ones to the bottom. A boat with several sailors was lowered from the ship.
Everything was perfect. You dragged one of them away and returned for the second, completely not expecting the nets that caught you. Strong ropes that you could not gnaw lifted you out of the water, and then many men dragged you in nets to the lower deck. You didn’t see where they were taking you and only tried to get out in blind rage, biting into anyone you could get to.
It did not help.
And now you have been swimming for a couple of hours in a very small and even cramped tank of water, and around you there are many cells with other “land creatures” that you have never seen, frames in which insects and other fish tanks are collected.
It was all strange and creepy.
With a loud bang, the door to the lower deck opens and a happily smiling man in a hat with a feather enters the room. He energetically approaches the tank and with genuine admiration in his eyes says:
"Merveilleux! What a magnificent creature has finally landed in the net! Ah! Que c'est beau! My heart beats faster just by looking at these deadly teeth and claws!"
He was strange and even somewhat creepy, leaning his hands on the glass of the tank where you were swimming. His smile and gaze seemed cunning and even slightly creepy, as if she was analyzing your every move, although the admiration seemed sincere.
"You are the crown of my entire collection, Ma sirène mortelle!" He said. He didn’t even suspect that you could speak.
