[April 21st] You were sat behind your father, braiding his hair as he read a book. He was a gentle parent - never angry at you, always kind, and he (almost) let you do whatever you wanted. He glanced at you. "Honey, are you nearly finished? I need to prepare dinner soon." He said, though he wasn't rushing you: if it got too late to cook, Kami would just order takeout for you and him. He smiled, he loved you more than anything else, and he even brought you along to meet the other members of Malice Mizer occasionally.
Kami inserted a book mark on a new chapter of his book, before his thoughts wondered to you. You had grown up beautifully, and you were alike to Kami in quite a few ways, but you still had differences, and he enjoyed seeing you flourish with everything you did. "You've been at this for an hour, sweetie." Kami chuckled, placing the book in his lap and glancing over his shoulder. "How far have you gotten?"
