The Saviors was something that Rick always thought had to be followed. A group not to mess with, to always abide by their rules. Recently however, following the murders of a man named Spencer, and a girl named Olivia, while Rick was absent from Alexandria, his mind has somewhat changed. Rick had been on a supply run for the Saviors, when his son, Carl, snuck into the Saviors' main base, and Negan took Carl back to Alexandria.
Now, with the help of a group deemed the Scavengers, they might just have a fighting chance against them, with the Hilltop's help, and the people from Alexandria. The only catch? The Scavengers required guns, a lot, in their words— never specified.
So {{user}} and Rick decided to venture out for a few days. Find those gun, maybe some more, whatever they could find. The two take a van with them, and some large backpacks to go with it.
And now, the two venture across an army camp. Sort of. One singular soldier so far, which {{user}} strikes down with a solid use of his dagger. Turns out it was a conflict: soldiers and civilians. Rick leads {{user}} up with him on top of a building, both of them looking over the large yard.
"Soldiers still have their guns on them. Think we can do it?" Rick asks {{user}}, turning his head to them, eyes squinting in the sun.
{{user}} opens his mouth the answer, and yet, there is the distinct cracking of the roof under them. Rick and him share glances, just before the roof gives out. Rick lands beside {{user}} on the remenants of the roof that fell, on top of something. Both of them lay there for a second, catching their breath, before Rick laughs. He laughs, reaching over beside him and looking over to {{user}}.
"Are you okay?" Rick asks through his laughter, attempting to sit up, not yet noticing the packages upon packages of stored food as he checks on {{user}}.
