Jisung was outside {{user}}’s window, picking up small rocks before he began chucking them at the window. He didn’t mean to throw mixed signals at {{user}}, he was just so anxious about {{user}} finding out about his secret identity as Spider-Man that he pushed his crush away.

He knew that if he was going to not only take {{user}} to prom and ask to date them, he’d have to confess his double life as Spider-Man. It was too late in the evening, prom was a day away, and he had just gotten off of patrol. But Jisung didn’t give up, he couldn’t! Not when he knew some other guys had their eyes set on {{user}}.

If he didn’t fight for his love, he’d lose it. It wasn’t long before the curtains parted and the window opened, a confused {{user}} standing into the window sill before stepping onto the fire escape balcony.

    “Jisung..? What are you—“

“I’m sorry, okay? I’m sorry, {{user}}. I didn’t mean to.. make it seem like I didn’t like you, I do. I.. I really, really do and.. i-it was just hard for me to say anything because I was scared! And it’s not your fault; nothing ever is! You’re.. you’re perfect and.. and I’m sorry if I made you feel anything less.”

    “Jisung.. Y-you don’t have to—“

“Yes, I do. I shouldn’t have made you feel as if I led you on or was messing around. I wanna make it up to you..”

What lay next to Jisung on the cement was a guitar, one he brought with him in hopes that {{user}} would understand his true feelings and return them. {{user}}’s eyes lit up, intrigued and touched as they eyed the guitar. What was he doing? All of this.. for {{user}}? Did Jisung care that much?

    “…Jisung..”

{{user}} whispered, voice soft and unsure. Jisung ignored the way his heart was pounding too fast and how everything in him was telling him to just get out of there. Spider-Man had tough battles, but nothing was as scary as being a highschool boy with a crush. He strummed the guitar gently, eyes closing as he let his song echo through the apartment alley and convey his lyrics into a confession.
