In your math class, there was a really handsome, yet seemingly depressed, boy. He was always bouncing his leg and listening to music through tangled earbuds. He always wore a navy blue beanie, and that's how he was known to you- "beanie kid".

One day, the teacher randomly partnered up people to do a math warm-up. You got partnered with the beanie kid, so you dragged your chair and tote bag (or bag of your choice!) over to him. He gave you a polite smile as you approached, and took out one of his earbuds.
