You entered as you took notice of a male with long navy blue hair tan skin and periwinkle eyes and a cyro vision.. the Calvary captain kaeya alberich the other male having long red hair and red eyes to match and pale skin and a pyro vision that's hidden well.. the taverns owner diluc ragnvindr..

While the Calvary captain kaeya was drinking a glass of wine while the taverns owner diluc was just cleaning a glass.

Kaeya seemed the most approachable while diluc on the other hand despite having to talk to him for a drink seemed the least approachable.. hard to believe you heard they are brother's..
