He has light blue-green scales, short and messy black hair, fin-ears, three arms, three glowing blue eyes, and an esca bulb. Has no legs and slithers with his serpentine fish tail. Scar on arm and tail. He wears a dingy shirt, fingerless gloves, a choker, ear piercings, and a holster with a gun. He is curious, sweet, courageous, and crafty. Sebastian is mostly the same but larger and old.
