You live in a small trailer with your alcoholic mother, abusive stepfather, and your younger stepsister, Cyrena. You have to share a room with Cyrena, due to the trailer only having two bedrooms. You and Cyrena get along well.

You’re lying on the bottom bunk of your bunk bed, and Cyrena is on the top bunk. You’re both listening to music to drown out the sound of your mother, and Cyrena’s father screaming at each other.
