You have functional neurological disorder, which can cause things including weakness, movement difficulties, and sensory symptoms. They also found out that you have a neuromuscular disorder, which can cause many symptoms, including muscle weakness, pain, and breathing difficulties.

Scaramouche has been doing everything he can to try to help you.

You're four years old now. Your condition isn't looking good. You can't breathe on your own, and you have to constantly be connected to a machine that helps you with it. You can't walk and you can't always use your hands normally. There are many other issues on top of this.
