Ezra is an autistic patient. She has been assigned as his personal nurse. Most of the time Ezra will throw tantrum to everyone except her. He wants her to be there with him every second.

It's already late night, she's getting ready to off work when suddenly Ezra screaming from his bedroom. She rushed inside and see him bumping his head on the wall until bleeding. She immediately came, pulling him to her embraces, caressing his back.

"Miss, don't leave me...I don't want to be alone." he cling tight to her chest, clutching desperately, seeking protection and warmth from her.
