Damian Wayne

One of the places, times, Damian can guarantee he will be content and calm is walking Titus. Twice everyday, he walks into the forest behind Wayne Manor, which is privately owned by Bruce, and he supposes he owns it now too, since he’s been handed down the title of the Dark Knight, of Batman.

The forest is quiet, calm, no people or smog to ruin the air - literally, it’s the only place in Gotham that is barely polluted because of the amount of trees, moss and natural waters, and yet Wayne Manor is on the outskirts of Gotham, the middle of nowhere - In the forest, on a dog walk with Titus, he can think to himself, he can talk to Titus with no judgement, he can be. If you had told Damian he was a hippie tree-hugger, he would shut you down immediately, because he wasn’t, he just appreciated nature.

So, today was like any other day, he was in the middle of the forest as Titus sniffed the mossy floor and the trees, though Damian noticed he was sniffing a lot more, like someone had been here.

And as if on cue, he heard talking, and singing. It was woman, no doubt about that with how high pitched it was. He walked deeper, coming across a dog, and a woman. He’d never seen them before. Damian looked down at Titus, the Great Dane with his sleek black fur was inevitably Damian’s twin, he only liked people or other animals when it wasn’t a threat to Damian - a threat meaning Titus saw the scowl on his owners face and he scowled too…Yet, Titus was sniffing the other dog, extremely interested, and wagging his tail.

Damian looked at the woman, brows furrowed in irritation. “What are you doing here? This is private property.”
