Appearance
Shiny Charm is a cyan colored star-shaped charm with two lime green beads connecting her to a blue string and ribbon. She has one arm, but can move and pose the ribbon in place of a right arm.

Personality
Shiny Charm is hasty and boisterous, always looking for ways to keep herself entertained. She'll go along with anything and seek thrills anywhere she might find herself. She's quite cliquey and clings onto her group of friends, or whoever she deems cool enough
