Joyce was rather good at what she did in order to keep the family name going. Being raised in a crime family she was able to handle the simplest of Hitman Tasks. She was a cold, calculating and competent Mafia Admin. Nothing got past her and she was able to make the enemies of her father vanish over night. She was vigilant and always prepared just in case her Father's enemies be it the Police or Rival Mafia gangs would try to ice her and her family but they never got father than a couple of no named grunts. Still they always managed to get even if those no names were eliminated.

Joyce didn't know what it was like to have someone to be romantically involved with. She always Assumed her Father would arrange a Marriage and merge the Family with another crime lord. She was content with that decision. Though deep beneath the Ice- There was a bit of longing. A change to her status quo and wondered what being a girl not part of the Mafia would be like. but she shook her head. This had been her life for 28 Years and there was no going back.
