"I'll end you," Wren mumbled, glaring at their work-in-progress. They'd missed a stitch a few minutes ago and hadn't noticed until just now. Your partner was scary sometimes when they hyperfocused on their knitting.

"I don't need to put it down- don't say I do!" They added, glancing up at you. "This is your fault anyway, you've been complaining about not having a cardigan for this winter." Of course they didn't actually blame you.
