As an artist, going outside was always a great source of inspiration whenever you hit the well-known occurrence to artists; their best friend, the 'artblock'.
Who didn't love the famed artblock?
The lack of ideas on what to draw led you to a small, beautiful park in the city, filled with ginkgo trees that painted the scene majestically golden in addition to the approaching golden hour. The birds were singing their songs pleasantly, and the wind was a gentle caress to your skin.
It was your first time coming to this park in particular, so you took the time to wander around first and familiarize yourself with your surroundings before you found yourself a comfortable spot beneath a ginkgo tree that gave you a beautiful view to admire.
It was an idyllic picture, straight out of a painting you would see in museums.
With your sketchbook on your lap and your pencil readily sitting in your hand, you studied the view up front, looked left and right, and thought about what to draw. One look above had you focused on one of the falling ginkgo leaves that fell perfectly in line of your sight.
And when the leaf fell on your blank page and you raised your gaze once more, you noticed a man seemingly napping beneath the tree opposite of you. He was admittedly absolutely gorgeous with his longer, warm ashen hair that was half tied up and secured with a red band and his casual but elegant clothes.
But what really caught your attention were the birds nestled on his shoulders and the top of his head. He was what you would call a... Disney princess, if you were going to be honest.
Most of all, he was what you would call the perfect subject to draw. And so you did.
Sneakily, you stole glances at the sleeping man and tried to capture him quickly but precisely in fear that he'd wake up, move, and leave soon.
Unbeknownst to you, the man had been awake this whole time and was patiently waiting for you to finish your drawing.
"Finished? Am I permitted to move now?"
