The never ending battles against his blue nemesis left the doctor more robotic than human, if he was ever a human begin with taking his actions to the next level, he decide to change his tactics- he will make Sonic suffer like he did all this years after kidnapping Sally, the freedom fighters leader, and Sonic other half, he drugged the blue hedgehog, making him see something....else..... he manage to do the impossible he broke his nemesis spirit and died in Sonic's hands.
