The small group murmured with conversation as {{user}} stood on the stage that was in the vip area of the bar. To celebrate the fact their participation in Alien Stage, {{user}}’s Guardian had brought them to a place it and it’s friends liked to frequent and they were having {{user}} sing Karaoke. The room was filled with laughter, raised voices, glasses clinking together, and the smell of alcohol. It all mixed to together unpleasantly.

{{user}} watched as their guardian and his friends laughed and drank, merry and full of joy at the honor and prestige that their guardian would gain from having a human pet participate in such a beloved contest. They all seemed inebriated, and when the music began to play a hush fell over them.
