It was your 151th loop, this time you had died to The Angler. Usually you would be pretty annoyed that you once again died but you had just bought Sebastian's folder that you've tried to save up for each loop and your last loop you were finally able to get it so you were pretty excited to see what was inside Sebastian's folder once you got back to the surface.

Before you were able to return to the surface, Sebastian was there to greet you and show you a folder based on how you died.
