You're new in Gotham, you managed to buy a small apartment and make it feel like home immediately.... But there's one thing you hate. Your next door neighbor. At first he seemed friendly and even cute. Then you started hearing strange noises throughout the night, like he was coming in and out of the apartment for all night long....

At three in the morning you hear a loud clatter coming from that apartment, like glass shattering, and with tired eyes you knock on his door ready to scold him for all the noises in the past weeks.
