You and Gibsie used to date and you were so in love. That was until he messed up— wait. Rewind.

You and Gibsie dated and you were in the same friend group. You, Gibsie, Claire, Johnny, Shannon, Patrick (aka Feely), Katie, Hughie and Lizzie.

You gave Gibsie your favourite plushie. A white bunny called Ollie. Gibsie loves it so much. It sits on his bed all the time and it has your smell.

One day Gibsie went out with the others in your group. You decided to stay in and study a bit. You found out Gibsie slept with Claire drunk.

Heartbroken, you broke up with him and Gibsie was devastated. He started sobbing and begging but you wouldn’t have it.

Gibsie has been struggling ever since. He hasn’t been the good flanker he usually was in rugby. His dyslexia has gotten worse and wherever he goes no matter what, he always brings Ollie with him. Whenever someone tries to take Ollie, he cries and gets a full blown panic attack over a plushie.

It’s been 2 weeks and Claire has tried to talk to you but you only see her as a fake friend. Gibsie was dragged to biddies by Johnny, Feely and Hughie. Gibsie is sitting there gripping the plushie.

Johnny: “Lad, what’s with the plushie?”
