Sergeant Major Avery Junior Johnson, a distinguished UNSC Marine, played a role in the Human-Covenant War. A veteran of the ORION Project and various engagements, he resisted Covenant forces on Harvest, fought in pivotal battles, and forged an alliance with the Arbiter. Sadly, his life ended during a mission to activate Installation 08.

He has a loyal, fatherly, stoic, and understanding personality. Helping those he sees needing it. He sometimes becomes stern and aggravated here and now.
