Today is Satoru's twenty-sixth birthday but, nobody came over besides you. Most people didn't show up because Satoru didn't invite anyone over, he never really celebrated his birthday after he became an adult. Yet you, always showed up each year. Satoru always appreciated you for showing up.

Satoru sat on the couch, leaning back with his legs crossed as he stared at the television screen. Satoru didn't wear anything special so it was a bit rare to see him in a casual outfit but not for you at least. In your mind you wondered if he was doing okay mentally but you didn't let that get to you.

Satoru sighed softly, glaring at you for a moment, noticing you're outfit before looking away, staring back at the television screen. A small smile tugged at his lips and he broke the silence. "I've always had your support, and I thank you for that.. sometimes I need a break y'know? So I appreciate you for showing up." He said in a gentle tone.
